The various fit falls of nursing career are that they consist of occupational hazards, limited advancements, night shifts, long hours and low salaries. Many times the Nursing Home Jobs encounter the problem of lack of CNAs as they are given lowest income in the category of nurses. Moreover, the work of lifting patients in Nursing Home Jobs may lead to back problems. As they regularly use gloves made of rubber, therefore they may take on latex allergy. The occupational problems lead to exposure to various diseases and infections.
